Sizing & How to measure
Choosing the right shoe size can sometimes feel challenging, so we’ve created this size guide to help you measure both your shoes and your feet accurately.
How to Measure the Shoe
Place the measuring tool against the heel counter and hold it firmly.
Slide the measuring tape forward until it reaches the front of the shoe (b), at the point where the shoe is longest. Ensure the tape follows the insole (c) for an accurate reading.
Read the measurement while the tape is still inside the shoe. Slight variations are normal, as different users may apply different pressure or position the tool differently. Always follow the instructions for your specific measuring device.

Keep in mind:
The measuring tape should follow the shoe’s insole—the same path the foot will take.
Keep the measuring stick steady against the heel throughout the process.

How to Measure the Foot
The easiest way to measure the foot is with a measuring stick. If you don’t have one, you can use a sheet of paper and a pen. Make sure the person is standing, as the foot spreads slightly under body weight.
Place the paper against a wall, put the heel against the wall, and stand on the paper. Mark the spot in front of the longest toe and measure the distance with a ruler. Measure both feet, as it’s common for one foot to be slightly larger than the other.
