According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. During this period, you have the right to cancel your purchase. However, you are responsible for any decrease in value if the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.
At Newbie, we also offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive or collect your order. If you return an item after the withdrawal period has expired, it must be in essentially unchanged condition, meaning unused, intact, and clean.
You do not need to fill in the form to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return the item in store or send it back to Newbie’s online warehouse.
